ILIADA Single Estate Organic is a limited production organic extra virgin olive oil originating from a single olive farm. Single Estate olive oil is considered among the very best due to the unique characteristics influenced by natural factors such as the local soil, altitude, microclimate and olive fruit variety. This ILIADA Single Estate organic extra virgin olive oil comes from the ALEVIZOPOULOU ESTATE, an exclusively family owned & worked olive farm ever since the early 19th century.

The Alevizopoulou Estate has more than 1000 olive trees, some of them aged more than 300 years old. The Koroneiki olives are harvested by traditional methods and rushed in the in-house olive mill. The result is a cold-pressed, superior quality organic extra virgin olive oil.
