For the Liquid Cake:
- 450g sugar
- 450g all-purpose flour
- 100g ILIADA Koroneiki Variety Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 50g ILIADA Extra Virgin Olive Oil with Chocolate
- 2 eggs
- 70 g cocoa powder
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 vanillas
- 500g hot water
- 1 sachet baking powder
- 1 cut tbs baking soda
For the Vanilla Sauce:
- 125g heavy cream
- 60g white chocolate in drops
- 1 vanillin
