• ½  bunch of parsley
• ILIADA Kalamta PDO extra virgin olive oil
• 2 onions finely chopped
• 1 garlic clove finely chopped
• 100gr ILIADA Kalamata olives pitted
• Mint
• Lemon juice
• Salt
• Pepper
