Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup of ILIADA Organic Kalamata PDO Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • ½ cup of ILIADA Organic Kalamata Olives Pitted
  • 1 ¾ cup of all-purpose flour
  • ¾ cup of parmesan
  • 1 tbsp. sugar
  • 3 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. fresh rosemary, finely chopped – only the leaves
  • 1 tsp. fresh thyme
  • ¼ tsp. baking soda
  • ½ tsp. garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp. pepper
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • ½ cup of milk
  • ½ cup of tomato sauce
  • 2 tbsp. sundried tomatoes
  • 4 cherry tomatoes cut in four for decoration
  • ¼ cup of parmesan for sprinkling
