- 100gr Spinach
- 80gr Parsley
- 4 fresh onions, finely chopped
- 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 500gr rice for risotto
- 200ml white wine
- 1lit chicken or vegetable stock
- ILIADA Kalamata olives pitted
- Rosemary
- 1 lemon, zest
- 50gr pecorino/ricotta cheese
