Stuffed meatballs with ILIADA Green Olives pitted & feta cheese sauce

Ingredients

For the Meatballs:

  • 350g ground pork, shoulder
  • 500g ground pork, leg
  • ½ onion, finely chopped
  • 20 pcs ILIADA Green Olives pitted
  • 50ml ILIADA LAKONIA PGI Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • ½ bunch of parsley, finely chopped
  • 3 slices stale bread without crust
  • 200g corn flour
  • ½ tbs garlic powder
  • 100 ml beer
  • 1 tbs mild mustard
  • ½ tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt & fresh pepper

For the Feta sauce:

  • 100g feta cheese
  • 100 ml heavy cream
  • 100 ml fresh milk
  • 50 g strained yogurt
  • 1/3 bunch of spearmint, finely chopped
  • Salt & fresh pepper
