Sweet pumpkin potage soup with ILIADA Kalamata PDO Extra Virgin Olive Oil and curry

Ingredients

• 1kg red sweet pumpkin, peeled and seeds removed
• 1 large onion, peeled and chopped in thick pieces
• 1 leek , peeled and chopped in thick pieces
• 1 thyme stick
• 1 garlic clove
• Orange juice, of 1 orange
• 100ml ILIADA Kalamata PDO Extra Virgin Olive Oil
• ½ tsp curry powder
• 2L of water
• 10 slices of toast bread for the croutons
• Salt & fresh Pepper
